By purchasing and/or using any Made to Aid, LLC (“Made to Aid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) products, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions as detailed below, including, but not limited to, the terms of the money-back guarantee, the arbitration agreement, and the class action waiver. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as presented here, please do not order, do not purchase, and/or do not use Made to Aid, LLC products.

These Terms & Conditions contain an arbitration agreement and class action waiver. Please read them carefully, as they affect your legal rights.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE REFUND POLICY

Only one (1) refund per person/household will be processed.

1. Refund for one-time purchase of product

For one-time purchases, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund for subscription purchases (continuous automatic shipments)

If you purchase product through a subscription service (continuous automatic recurring shipments), and for any reason you are not satisfied, you may receive a full refund of the most recent subscription-related charges to your account within 30 days from the date of purchase (the date your credit card associated with your subscription membership was charged).

A refund will be issued to the credit card on file associated with your subscription membership. 3. Refund for multiple packages (same product, same order)

If you purchase multiple packages of the same product at the same time and are not satisfied, you may receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling (if applicable) by returning all unopened and undamaged packages/containers pursuant to the Return Instructions below. Your return must be postmarked by the 30th day from your date of purchase.

Limitations may apply if more than five (5) packs are purchased at one time.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Made to Aid, LLC makes every effort to ensure customer orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

All Standard orders may require up to 2 business days for processing.

All Expedited and Express orders may require 1 business day for processing.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All delivery times are estimates only. Made to Aid, LLC is not responsible for delays due to:

Automatic recurring shipments for subscription program members are shipped via standard shipping and processed on a recurring basis approximately every 30 days, based on:

If free shipping is offered for subscription orders, it is generally limited to U.S. standard shipping. Customers may choose other delivery methods at the specified cost, where available.

While Made to Aid, LLC makes every effort to adhere to these guidelines, these Shipping Terms & Conditions do not constitute a guarantee of:

Delivery by a specific date, or

Availability of any particular shipping method.

Most Express and Expedited carriers deliver Monday through Friday only; Made to Aid, LLC does not offer weekend delivery. We are unable to provide precise estimates for international shipping times and are not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by destination countries.

CONTINUITY PROGRAM – SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM

Made to Aid may offer an optional subscription program for certain products, consisting of continuous, automatic recurring shipments.

The subscription program is currently limited to U.S. orders only, including U.S. territories.

By enrolling, members agree to automatic recurring shipments of product from Made to Aid, LLC and automatic charges to the designated credit card linked to their subscription account.

Your membership and automatic shipments will continue until you cancel or Made to Aid, LLC terminates your subscription.

There are no long-term commitments or minimum purchase requirements for the subscription program. All reasonable requests to adjust shipping frequency will be accommodated where possible, subject to limitations.

Made to Aid, LLC may, in its sole discretion, terminate any subscription membership at any time, without notice.

All subscription customers must provide Made to Aid, LLC with a valid credit card to keep on file and authorize recurring charges.

THE RECURRING CHARGES FOR AUTOMATIC PRODUCT SHIPMENTS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE. PRODUCT SHIPMENTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED BASED ON YOUR SELECTED FREQUENCY, AND YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THAT TIME.

Made to Aid, LLC may also refuse to fulfill any unpaid order, or cancel and refund any order, at any time, at its sole discretion.

REWARDS AND REFERRAL PROGRAM

From time to time, Made to Aid, LLC may offer a Rewards and Referral Program (the “Made to Aid Rewards Program”).

Rewards have no cash value until redeemed in accordance with the program terms. Rewards cannot be combined with certain discounts, promotions, or special orders, and are generally non-transferable.

Any discrepancies or disputes relating to the Rewards Program shall be resolved by Made to Aid, LLC management, and such determinations shall be final.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

By purchasing and/or using any Made to Aid product, or by using our website, you are agreeing to enter into an arbitration agreement with Made to Aid, LLC regarding any disputes that may arise out of such purchase or use.

Under this agreement:

You and Made to Aid, LLC agree that this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), not by any state laws relating to arbitration; and

Any dispute between you and Made to Aid, LLC (including disputes against any agent or affiliate) will be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration, and the arbitration decision may be enforced and judgment entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Made to Aid, LLC agree that:

Any question as to whether a dispute, or any part of a dispute, is arbitrable will be decided solely by the arbitrator.

The results of any arbitration shall be confidential, except where disclosure is required for enforcement purposes or for a judgment to be entered.

BY AGREEING TO THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Arbitration is generally more informal than a court proceeding, but an arbitrator can award substantially the same relief as a court (including damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys’ fees where authorized).

Unless otherwise agreed:

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules for consumer disputes.

If you initiate arbitration, Made to Aid, LLC will promptly reimburse you for any standard filing fee required by AAA once you provide written notice and a copy of the filed arbitration. The prevailing party in arbitration may be awarded attorneys’ fees, costs, and reimbursement of filing fees, as determined by the arbitrator and applicable law.

If AAA is unavailable, the parties will mutually select another arbitration forum.

Class Action Waiver

There shall be no right or authority for any claim to be arbitrated on a class action basis or in a purported representative capacity.

No claim submitted to arbitration may be brought as a private attorney general or on behalf of a class.

You may not act as a class representative or participate as a class member for any claim submitted to arbitration.

The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

You acknowledge that this class action waiver is material and essential to the arbitration of disputes between the parties and is non-severable from the agreement to arbitrate. If any portion of this class action waiver is limited, voided, or found unenforceable, then the parties’ agreement to arbitrate shall be null and void.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT BY AGREEING TO THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER, YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST MADE TO AID, LLC ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

This Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver shall survive termination of these Terms and of any Made to Aid subscription or account.
